Sales Support
KnowFalls has a strong team to support your sales activities. Kathleen Gaffney, Product Manager, has been selling fall prevention systems for over ten years, plus our Paul Constantino, Partner Success Manager, has been managing the installation of EMR and patient care systems. Internally we maintain a CRM to schedule and coordinate our support of your sales team. In addition, KnowFalls generates leads by exhibiting at most patient safety conferences and HIMSS and monitoring the activities of target accounts.
Develop the highest value fall prevention systems.
Knowfalls is doing it…
- with the most advanced AI fall prevention model
- utilizing off the shelf hardware to minimize costs
On average patient falls cost a hospital over $6,000 per bed, excluding patient lawsuits.
The cost is incurred for CMS does not reimburse for extended stays generated by patient falls. A 300 bed hospital by installing a fall prevention system can expect a net savings of over $750,000 per year. The KnowFalls System has an expected life of over twelve years, resulting in a saving of over $9 million.
The twelve year expect life is a result of the KnowFalls System being camera, computer and cloud agnostic. It enables portability to the lowest cost computational solution. For example, currently small servers are the lowest cost option.
In terms of performance, the KnowFalls AI-Models continually improves. Just as a person learns over time, the performance of the KnowFalls AI model continually learns and improves.
